Sid M. Rosenberg, Esq.sid-rosenburg

Mr. Rosenberg was raised in Brooklyn, New York, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida where was conferred an Associate of Arts degree in 1978 and a Bachelor of Science degree in  1980. He graduated from Lincoln Law School and received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1985.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Consumer Attorneys of California. Mr. Rosenberg is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California as well as the Federal Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Central Districts of California.

Mr. Rosenberg has developed a general civil litigation practice which focuses upon the areas of real property, landlord-tenant law and business litigation.   Mr. Rosenberg has been a partner of Rosenberg and Link since 1987.  He has served both as a mediator and arbitrator in matters submitted for alternative dispute resolution.   He has successfully litigated numerous trials and is a formidable presence in the courtroom.

Gary L. Link, Esq.Gary-Link

Mr. Link graduated 7th in his class from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1979.  He graduated with distinction and was ranked in the top 3% of his class.  He currently serves a Charter Member of the Dean’s Counsel.  He is a member of the California Bar Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the California Trial Lawyers Association.

Professionally Mr. Link has established a reputation as the local leader in landlord-tenant law.  He is an officer in the Real Estate Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association, Co-Chairman of the Landlord/Tenant Section of the County Bar Association, Commissioner of the Sacramento County Human Rights and Fair Housing Commission, is a member if the City of Sacramento Legal Advisory Task Force, and a Pro-Tem Judge at the County of Sacramento Small Claims Court.

Mr. Link is also a well recognized lecturer and is a frequent panelist at Continuing Education of the Bar courses, a speaker at the McGeorge School of Law, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, the Rental Housing Association, the Sacramento Association of Realtors, Commercial Property Section, an instructor at American River College, and the consulting attorney on “The Landlord Tenant Handbook”.
